Our cooking classes allow you to enter the kitchen with him so you can learn how to use local and seasonal ingredients to prepare the tastiest meals of your choice. You can even accompany him to the local market where you learn the art of selecting the freshest ingredients and meet the farmers who work hard to grow this organic produce.
