GIVING BACK
At Sumberkima Hill, Giving Back
At Sumberkima Hill, giving back means working hand in hand with the village to create opportunities, celebrate culture, and share the benefits of tourism. Through Metamorfosa's community-based reef restoration and reforestation projects, the cultural performances at Sumberkima Stage, income-sharing at Whana Camp, and collaborations with local businesses, we aim to strengthen the village economy. By prioritising local employment, supporting freelancers, and creating spaces for villagers to participate in tourism, we help ensure that the success of our hill is shared by the community that makes it possible.

Metamorfosa
Metamorfosa was created to give back to the land and community that make our home so special. Together with our partners – including The Restoration Club, who are currently sponsoring our efforts – we've planted over 10,000 trees, restoring natural habitats and supporting wildlife. Local villagers are at the heart of this work—monitoring the reef, caring for coral nurseries, tending to young trees, and guiding visitors. These projects not only heal the environment but also provide skills, jobs, and pride for the people of Sumberkima.
