Terms of use

A booking is made only when you complete the booking page and pay the deposit. Your stay is then governed by the Sumberkima Hill Agreement, which you accept on the booking page, including its payment and cancellation terms. If these terms and the agreement differ about a stay, the agreement applies.

We keep the information on the website accurate, but availability changes all the time. Nightly prices in search results, on availability pages and in AI assistant results are estimates. The price that applies is the one shown on the booking page when you book.

Photos and descriptions show what each property is like; furnishings and views can change over time.

Our connector gives AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT the same availability, prices and property information as the website, and links to book on the website. An AI assistant cannot make a booking or take payment for you.

The assistant's answers are written by the company that provides it, not by us, and may contain mistakes. Check the dates, price and details on the booking page before you pay. We are not responsible for what an assistant says beyond the information our connector gives it.

You may use them to plan and book stays, and to build tools that help people do so. You may not:

• make bookings you do not intend to keep, or use another person's details without their permission;
• send requests faster than the published rate limits, or try to get around them;
• copy the website's content, photos or data in bulk, or present them as your own;
• interfere with the website's security or with other people's use of it.

We may limit or block access that breaks these terms, and we may change or stop the API or connector at any time.

The text, photos, logos and design of the website belong to Sumberkima Hill or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links to the website and quote short parts with a link back.

We provide the website as it is and do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using the website, the API or an AI assistant's answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
