Construction Notice – Discount Already Applied

From 11 January 2026 until 1 July 2026, there will be construction activity in the area. After the high season, construction will continue from 1 September 2026 until 20 December 2026.

To compensate for any possible disturbance, a 30% discount has already been applied to the rates shown for bookings during these periods.

Work will take place only during daytime hours, and we will do our utmost to ensure your stay remains comfortable and enjoyable.

Positioned in a more private corner, this villa is perfect for those seeking tranquility while still having access to all the retreat’s facilities via a free shuttle service.

Inside, the villa features a spacious, enclosed lounge and dining area with air conditioning, creating a cool and comfortable space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, while the air-conditioned bedroom with an ensuite bathroom ensures restful nights.

Step onto the covered terrace, where a cozy seating area invites you to relax and take in the stunning scenery. As the sun sets behind the Java volcanoes, the sky transforms into a canvas of warm hues, making every evening unforgettable.

While Villa Prem does not have a private pool, guests have access to the two stunning communal pools at Sumberkima Hill Retreat, offering the perfect spots to cool off and soak in the surrounding beauty.
